"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Max Minahans just finished installing new bathroom doors in my condo. I am so pleased with the great job he did from start to finish. 1) He contacted me a week before the job was to be done to suggest that he could come the day before to see what the job entailed 2) He showed up on time (7:00 AM) with all the tools necessary to complete the job. 3) He put plastic sheeting over the carpet to keep it clean. 4) He didn't complain about having to make several trips down 3 floors to his truck to plane and miter the doors. 5) He spent longer on the job than planned and didn't make an issue of it, or increase his bid. 6) He offered to install the hardware that I had intended on doing myself (and did a better job than I would have). 7) He was polite and respectful of being in my home. I will have additional projects coming up in the future and am so happy to have the name of a dependable and professional and polite contractor. Tom Karam"

"He tried to repair the door, but was unable to complete the task because the proper parts were not there."

"We hired Jake to build a new deck for our yard and we could not be happier (both with the decision to hire Jake and the deck itself). We particularly appreciated the quality of his workmanship and his high level of attention to detail (something that was very important to us). Jake was also extremely helpful in the overall design and planning aspects of the project offering helpful suggestions about materials, potential layout, etc. every step of the way. Jake is responsive and professional and we would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects. On this deck project we were truly thrilled with the final results. Although we did see some lower bids for the work (before selecting Jake), we are confident that we got great value for our dollar in terms of final quality."
