When we finally did get in touch with her, she showed us some available homes and some lots. She kept pushing the corner lots which come with a hufty price tag. When we told her we don't a want a corner lot she continued to push us in that directions. While we were driving around the neighborhood a few days later there were new non corner lots available so again it took us forever to get in touch with her to did isd those options. After reviewing everything we decided to buy a older home. <br />"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
