They damaged our appliance. They kept referring me back to our contract for interferences and that they weren’t responsible and said they did the job + kept us happy! We never said we WERE happy. We wanted to have the whole house flooring replaced because we were unhappy. We decided to keep the floor but asked for them to fix an area that was unlevel. They responded we did a lot of work for you already and didn’t charge you... I didn’t ask for the additional leveling for FREE. I asked how much would it cost and never got a straight answer.
