"Jim was my contact and oversaw the project. It was a big job and complicated because of different types of roofing and the TWIA estimate did not include everything that it should have included. Jim and his team at the office went to bat for me to ensure that TWIA got what they needed for my supplements. Janice and Rosemary did a great job getting me moved up on the calendar after we had a death in the family. I really appreciated all the work they put in behind the scenes. Of course, the total ended up being more than the estimate but it wasn't surprising and it was a big job and I think it was a fair price.
