These repairs included repairing a wall that had been opened to fix water lines in a neighboring unit, replacing carpet pad, matching and replacing baseboard that was taken during remediation, painting, and resetting the carpet. The other company’s rep showed me pictures of “damage” and said we should get a new roof. Chris, from Integrity Roofing, did a free inspection and told us that our roof was in good condition.
