"The contractors themselves were nice; however, my contract was not met. my contract stated: 1. The roof will be thoroughly cleaned using a high pressure power washer. 2. Wrap and seal the base area of all protrusions using poly membrane. 3. Resurface the scuppers into their transfer pans using poly membrane. 4. Install poly membrane to the base of the AC stand. My appointment was supposed to be in the morning and they did not show up until 130 in the afternoon and were only here about 1.5 hours. There is no way all of that was done in that time period. I think they sealed only and left."
