The gate that was installed is excellent. For the fence, however, plastic plugs were used instead of metal ones on the hollow uprights that project above the top rail, and one of them has already broken off.

I presented the coupon after the work was done and the owner refused to honor it, claiming it was already factored into the price.

He also gave me advice on items I'd need to pickup at Ace, and I did so while he was working in our home. One of the locks he installed needed adjusting, and instead of waiting for the following week, he came back in the afternoon to adjust it for me. Very happy with the service.
