"Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. "David was hired to refinished my Bamboo flooring in the second story of my condo. David took hours to sand and prep the flooring, taking time to insure the surface was smooth and even. He used both a heavy duty floor sander and then went over the surface by hand. All area were perfect, including under cabinets, edges by wall moldings, and most important the stairs. He stained the wood with a natural color stain, prior to finishing, to seal the wood. He completed the job with two coats of finish. The job was free of any swirls or bubbles. I highly recommend David for all you floor refinishing needs."
