"My 25 year old pump was going out when I called at 4:30 pm. By 5:30 pm Prairie State Water Systems was at my house to inspect my system and verified that my pump was going out. At 8 am the next day, two men arrived. My pump was replaced with higher grade piping, couplers, and new wiring. As my system was 25 years old, I wanted the control box, pressure switch, and pressure tank in the basement replaced. By lunch I had a new system done at a fair price with a very high level of craftsmanship. I highly recommend Prairie State Water Systems."

Finally, the company president made an appointment to visit my home on a specified date, with a 3-hour window, to look at the problem. I took time off work for this and waited the 3 hours, BUT HE DIDN'T SHOW UP and hasn't returned my follow-up calls, either. I don't know what to do. These granite countertops cost me a LOT. I paid quite a bit more than the original deal because I needed additional countertops made. I had planned to put up my home for sale in the near future, but I can't do this with a big crack in the kitchen counter like this. I dealt with both Ultimate Stone and Angie's List in good faith, and I'm afraid I cannot recommend either at this point."
