"Work was completed in a timely fashion with virtually no sense that the installation team had been at the house and replaced the gutters. Were a couple screws found on the roof and a screw on the ground, but considering the quantity of screws in the previously installation, this was more quite acceptable. Gutters mounted flush to fascia and appear to have the proper slope down to the gutter's downspout end. Downspouts appear to be mounted well and are the dimensions summarized in the quote (3x4). The downspout repositioning which was requested was properly made. <br /> My only complaint is that the project manager was to provide a 48-hr call-ahead prior to being at the house. <br /> I received a call a little after lunch and no message was left. Did not initially recognize the phone number and didn't think twice about it until I returned home that same day and noticed that the gutters were replaced. The installation team apparently was able to come two weeks ahead of the planned time. Just surprised that I didn't receive more advanced noticed or at aleast a message to be left when the call was made. <br /> <br />"
