"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Michael was very prompt and professional when he picked up my 5 x 9 carpet to be cleaned at another site. I told him to deliver the cleaned carpet to my daughter's apartment upstairs. I was not there when carpet arrived and my daughter and son-in-law said Michael was very pleasant and moved dining table and chairs and laid the carpet. They are very pleased to have my beautiful, clean rug. Thank you Michael"

"He was very professional and organized. Everything went as it should , he moved furniture. He did an excellent job painting, he had to do a little light spackling and sanding in a spot or two and again he did it well. His clean up was done well. I would definitely recommend him, quality work."
