I especially liked his attention to detail and communication. He built trust by responding to questions, communicating regularly and helping to figure out what would work within my budget. His team were here on time and worked steadily. He showed up to assist. Everyone was neat and left the area clean and trim and hauled away as necessary. I opted to kill weeds and use grass seeds rather than sod and it looks like it will take another application but it should work. We have arranged for a two month follow-up and I feel confident that they will do what is necessary to have a greatly improved lawn in Spring. Im a little concerned about the tree trimming but he has assured me the stubs are not too long and won’t damage my beautiful tree. "
