When he came to inspect the project he immediately got down to taking measurements from all sorts of angles and then went ahead to explain to me what all the steps of the work from start to finish complete with timelines and within 24 hrs too I had my quote, which was very affordable especially for the amount of work that was involved. Even at the planning stages I saw that he shared my vision of how I imagined my end product. They were working on another project, but managed to schedule my project within a week of my inquiries. "There was no communication as to when the job would start. They just showed up one morning ready to go. The first part of the project was to rebuild stone stairs to correct uneven riser height which required providing three new stones - the problem was corrected but the new stones do not match the existing ones. The second part was to correct a drainage issue that occurs in heavy rains. We have had several people look at the issue and Green Thumb was the first to come up with what I thought was a practical solution. We'll see how it works after the first good rain."
