"Excellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. I really appreciated the care and thought that was put into making sure that we were on the same page about the work to be done. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. All this before I even got the quote! I hired them, and I am beyond satisfied with the work and the service. Carter and his team showed up to do the work, and it was clear that Russ had communicated the job clearly to the team, and i didn't even need to speak to Russ after that. Carter did a great job, kept me updated on the progress, and they showed up when they said they would. They were very respectful of the interior of our home, keeping things clean. They did a terrific job on the foundation and replaced the entire vapor barrier. On top of it all, they removed the old jacks and some old rusted steal pipes that the previous owner left in our crawlspace. I didn't ask them to, but it was clearly trash, and they offered to remove it, which was above and beyond. Can't say enough about what a relief it is to know that the house is sitting on a firm foundation, and for such an important repair, it feels really good to work with a team that inspired confidence every step of the way. I would gladly hire them again. They did excellent work and gave me a warranty on top of it. To Russ and Carter and the rest of the team, thank you very much! "The crew came out early as they said and from scratch completed the complete job all in one day! It was really amazing to see them build the forms including the fire pit with wood and pour the complete forms. When they finished by 7:00 pm , I had a beautiful 18 x26 foot concrete patio with a built in fire pit plumbed for a natural gas fire pit. I would hire these guys again in a second. They were fabulous!!! They were very meticulous in how they completed the process!!! If you want perfection, this crew will deliver!!! Thanks so much for a beautiful Patio!!!"

"USS came and gave us an estimate in the rain. A very patient guy explained everything and then looked at every inch of the outside and basement to create a drawing for the team. He explained that some of the work may be one of two ways and he would let us know on the actual estimate which way is best. He had looked at the structural engineer's report before he came out and agreed with all of the suggestions made therein, and suggested a process and a timeframe for the work. They were able to work us in before the end of the year and completed the work within the stated time-frame even with a holiday weekend in the mix. The workmen were professional and did not litter in my yard or basement. If we need further work done, USS is tops on our list."

"I have a lot of flower/shrub bedding. The price breaks down to about 7 dollars a foot. This is a little more than some other companies charge, but the quality of the Curbing Edge, is top notch. They install rebar into the curb to protect from cracking and they color the concrete all the way through, so that any nicks that may happen while mowing, etc. will not show. They were on time and were very professional. They started around 7:30 and had all of the 600 feet finished by 3:00 that afternoon. They were super nice and I would not hesistate to use them again. <br />"
