He repaired all the dry rot underneath the front windows, cut my overgrown hedges back located right in front of the windows, power washed and painted all the exterior wood and trim on the house and hung new shutters for all front windows. "We were very appreciative of the concern and measurements taken to determine where the extra downspout would be installed. We weren’t given a copy of the proposal. Mr. Allen sent someone out to do the job evidently with the wrong instructions because he put it in the wrong place. When we discovered this I tried calling him and he wouldn’t answer the phone. When he finally called 3 days later he claimed that he never said it should have gone in a different place. I knew this was going to happen. I am paying $275 for a downspout in the wrong place. Not everyone has money growing on trees. Mr. Allen is a dishonest person that we were impressed with and trusted. For two senior citizens who live on a fixed income this whole thing sucks."

"Getting them to build is no problem it’s getting them to repair. My patio cover was built in March 2017 a few days after the job was completed it rained and the patio cover leaked they did come out and tried to repair it using only caulking. Not only did that repair fail, this was May 2017, leaks developed in other areas. Ryan didnt respond to my texts or voicemails. and when I finally spoke to Ryan, end of May first of June 2017, he told me I have been placed on a “repair list” it is now March 2018 spoke to Ryan he informed me the only way he will send someone to my house is if a crew finishes a job early (like that’s going to happen) in other words since my check cleared I’m no longer worth their time and Im assuming the reason I’m not worth their time is because my project was small and or I’m not an affluent member of this community. just saying"
