The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. He helped my wife recommending a shower etc. Steve did everything up to code and pulled the right permits. When we had challenging situations he was creative. Steve dealt with a millworker/contractor who was installing our cabinets and less than professional. Steve was diplomatic working with others. Richard did a great job from planning and design (shout out to Hanna on this), to demo, to install, to finish work. Richard was on time, reliable, and not your typical Cape contractor. Super clean at all times and was able to work with us on various hiccups/unexpected stuff along the way. He explained options and the pros and cons of each possible choice. He never upcharged us (unless we asked for something) and was exactly on budget. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend. We will likely call on him again for our next project."
