Ken R went above and beyond to make sure the right people came out and got the job done correctly (even sending out another tech when the first wasn’t quite on the mark). Lacking 3 stars because of the MULTIPLE phone calls required to communicate and set up appointments. Multiple no shows, local dispatch said it was miscommunication… Taking off work multiple times for miscommunication in unacceptable. Michelle would also say she would call back with updates then never does. Despite me calling her and explaining the importance of needing someone to show up at the arranged appointment and frustration of taking off work so many times.ANOTHER NO SHOW. The only phone number is for a national office who schedule appointments with clients before looking to see if those techs are even available. I would happily create a Google Sheet for this company to be able to accurately schedule appointments and get its act together. Highly recommend Southside Plumbing instead. They will not be called by any of my family (close, extended) for services again.
