"I’m very pleased with our basement renovation and I will hire them again for the next project. Brad and his team were phenomenal to work with and they helped us design a living space that was a perfect fit for our needs. The price quote was broken down really well so we knew exactly what the costs were and where we could go higher or lower depending on what we wanted. The renovation added almost 700 square feet of comfortable living space that is well lit for reading or games or can be darkened when watching movies on the big screen. They even incorporated built-in shelving that enhances functionality of the space while giving it unique character. The project ran about 11 weeks, but that included several busy holidays and they were very transparent about other commitments. Renovations this large are bound to hit snags, but their excellent communication and proactive nature meant the issues were small and resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Everything stayed on budget with no surprises. We did framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinetry, plumbing (bathroom), and paint. We will definitely hire Lasting Improvements again."

"We were selling our house. The buyer did a home inspection and felt that we had some hail damage to the roof. They followed up the inspection with a contractor inspection which also determined damage. I contacted our insurance company and they agreed that there was a claim. We had already determined a closing date and we did not want this to go to escrow, plus I was moving out of the state and the weather was terrible. The easiest thing I could have done was to hire the contractor that had already looked at the roof. They however had vehicle license plates from another state and caller ID from a different state than that! I contacted 3 companies of which Trinity was one. Understanding the situation, they were out quickly to look at the roof, came out Saturday to review the quote, put it into production that Monday, worked hand in hand with the Insurance company, did the beautiful installation in the 2 days it wasn't raining, and did a beautiful job of cleanup. I forgot to mention, this was a very large job. $40K. A 3800 square foot house/garage and a out building. This group was magnificent. They exceeded my expectations, and that doesn't happen very often. I can and do rest comfortably knowing the new owners have a beautiful new home protected with a Trinity roof, gutters and sky lights. THANKS TRINITY!!!"

"My wife and I moved to Omaha in 1996 and settled in Millard. After a year or so, we decided to update our home with vinyl siding and new windows. Since we were relatively new in the area, we were a bit nervous trying to find an honest and reasonable contractor to perform the work. They did a fantastic job 20 years ago and all during those years, they took care of us by standing by their product. Earlier this year (2018), we decided our home needed a facelift. This time, no hesitation on our part as to who we should use. We called Tom again and although he's 20 years older, he's the same Tom we first met. He gave us a nice price on new steel siding and his crew finished up this week. What a fantastic job these guys do. We are so happy how it looks and the quality of workmanship can't be beaten.
