"Equipment was outdated and I was not happy with the cuts made into my ducts in order to hook up the equipment. I wish I had been made aware of this beforehand. I also did not like the fact that the trash per say is blasted into the air ( meaning I never got a clear definition of how they dispose of the gunk in your vents). Overall I am okay with the service received. I also want to say it would have been nice to know that they were coming, didn't get proper notification."

"I purchased the deal off of Angie's List, and Westwood contacted me that same day.  We set up the appointment and wound up having a rainy day.  Westwood rescheduled due to having to have houses running in and out of the house.  They were great with communication and showed up promptly for the rescheduled appointment.  They were professional and courteous to my wife and performed the cleaning in a little over an hour.
