"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Mary Robinson is the only one I used and She is working with me over 8-9 years 10 hours a week. She arranges well and does some laundry. I'm satisfied the way she clean the house and do the errands. She buys groceries for me and she's honest and trustworthy. B for punctuality because she has other jobs and delay coming to my house."

"The guy was great. He was very nice, professional, and he completed and fixed my sofa. The only thing that I didn't like is that I NEVER received my $5.00 refund or my 2 year WARRANTY from the company as of yet."

"I was able to set an appointment the very next day with their company. This was on short notice and they went above and beyond to fit me in their schedule. He showed professionalism and compassion over the phone. He showed up on time. The job was a tall order. I was amazed at the results. The carpets was cleaned above my expectations. I highly recommend Colby for all your carpet and tile cleaning!"

The Sears Carpet & Upholstery Two-Step Deep-Clean Process is a better way to clean your carpets and upholstery compared to the standard one-step process many other companies use. In fact, Americas largest carpet manufacturer recommends the Two-Step Process used by Sears.\n\nStep #1 Your Sears technician begins by spraying a special heated cleaning solution deep into the carpet fibers to loosen hard-to-reach dirt.\n\nStep #2 Then, using a specially-formulated fiber rinse, the second step lifts and removes the deep-down dirt and cleaning solution residue. The result is a cleaner, softer carpet you can see and feel.\n\nFriendly, Courteous Service\nYour professionally trained Sears technician understands the importance of customer service. Before cleaning, they survey the area with you to help pinpoint high-traffic, heavily soiled and stained areas. After cleaning, any furniture that was moved will be returned to its original place. \n\nSatisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back. After were finished cleaning, we inspect your carpets & upholstery with you to make sure your satisfied.
