In an effort to sell this house, he put in new ceilings in the basement, repaired sheet rock, replaced vinyl flooring and carpet through put with wood laminate, painted the entire interior, replaced all floor boards and replaced all vent covers. We are so pleased with the final changes. He quoted us a great price and the job was done in a matter of days.
