"Andrew is the best to work with. I contacted him for an estimate, he responded by coming out a day later. The estimate was provided promptly and in itemized format. There was prep work (cut back hedges in front of windows) I needed done before Andrew could start so by the time I contacted him he was booked. However, he promised to contact me if there was a cancellation. As promised, he contacted a few days to offer to get started. He showed up on time, did excellent work and also helped me troubleshoot a small plumbing issue I was having as well. When it was time to pay, Andrew mentioned that he was taking money OFF of the bill because he finished ahead of schedule.... I have never had that happen!!! Lol! "Lauren is very knowledgeable about home repairs and projects. She has replaced some HVAC piping inside the house which also included sheet rock work to connect to another room. She installed a dehumidifier in our shed in the backyard which included drilling through the shed and installing the drain pipe to the outside. She has replaced several outdoor electrical fixtures and helped replaced the kitchen faucet. She was very pleasant and professional.
