He asked for his $60.00. They can make a nice living doing these quotes. He would have been laughing with all his buddies had I agreed."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"I received Jose's contact information from a friend in my neighborhood that had great experiences with him. Jose arrived shortly after me contacting him to review the work I was requesting, and responded with a quote for the job. The work was 23 pallets of 419 Bermuda and a full irrigation system on both existing and newly installed sod (7 zones), along with a Hunter smart controller with WiFi capabilities.
