"I e-mailed Concrete Solutions to request an estimate. We were contacted a day later and made an appointment for an estimate. <br /> The owners father came out and did the measurements. Within 24 hours we had an estimate that was within our budget and were told we would be put on the schedule (that was on Saturday) On Monday Josh called and said there had been a change in his Monday schedule and they could come Monday around noon to do the tear out and set the forms. We thought the concrete would be poured the next day, but about 2 hours after they installed the forms a concrete mixing truck appeared and they poured the new porch and sidewalk. "Company owners showed up at the agreed date and time.  They did a thorough walk around, asked what seemed to me to be the appropriate questions, and gave me an estimate on the spot.  They told me I would be contacted by their scheduler to arrange for the work crew to come do the work.  They thoroughly explained the process to be used and the precautions that would be taken to protect my property. <br />  A couple of days later the scheduler called to ask if their crew could come in a couple of hours since they had finished another job earlier than expected.  The crew did its work in about two hours completely to my satisfaction.  They did a good job of cleaning up the fairly small mess they had made and I am extremely satisfied with their work. <br />"
