"Highly recommended. After a 27 below windchill over night my grandson woke up to what no one wants to hear, water running throughout the house. We had frozen pipes that burst. Premier was at the house within 3 hours of my call (they were already out helping other homeowners with frozen or burst pipes) and fixed all 8 areas where the pipes burst.
