I am guessing that is because time changed that day and his time was on the old clock. He was not able to get my new kitchen faucet to work and took it apart to inspect. I only work in the evenings and weekends, as I have a management job during the day, and I don't sleep very much. I prefer to sub-contract on home builds or full gut remodels, but will take on some smaller issues on a case by case basis. I am very knowledgeable of code requirements in my field, and will always pass any inspections that are needed. "The beginning went very well but as we went on they failed to show up when they were scheduled.  There were several different jobs done and different people called in but the head guy didn't make sure they came.  In the end there were a couple areas where we are still have leaks.  I was pretty frustrated by the end.  It was so long ago that I really don't  remember dates or cost.  Sorry I have been so slow.
