"This is the second time that I've had C&M Plumbing come to my house. Both times, he was very professional. He called me promptly, arrived when he said he would, and fixed my problems quickly and neatly, I would recommend Chris at C&M Plumbing to do any work you need done."

"My husband accidently brushed the weed-eater over the low voltage wire from the house to the AC unit outside. The AC worked... but we didn't trust that it would continue to work. So, we called Bailey Brothers to schedule an appointment. Larry, general manager, came to assess the situation. Prompt, professional, experienced. He diagnosed the problem immediately. The previous owner had used the incorrect wire AND there were multiple connections... a fire hazard waiting to strike. He and another technician came back about two hours later and replaced the wire from the outside unit to the interior furnace. They were polite, and their work ethic was fantastic. We will call Bailey Brothers again in the future and would recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"Very discouraging encounter with CTS. The Owner Greg Strange did the quote and really sold us on using them. They were the most expensive of the three quotes we requested but we went with them in spite of the price because Greg was so professional and convincing and we thought "you get what you pay for". Well we learned that Greg's professionalism was mostly an act - telling suckers like us what we wanted to hear. We scheduled a date and were told it would take two days to do the countertops, sink, and backsplash; the lights would be done later. Two weeks after they started we were still trying to get them to complete the work on the backsplash. It was never actually 100% completed (they never finished the Caulking) but I finally just paid them to end the drama. While waiting on the backsplash to be completed they started the lights which were NOT what I expected. After a week Greg did agree to remove the lights and did not charge me for that work but you can imagine how excited I was to have that mess in my kitchen for a week. Bottom line is they do good Granite and plumbing work but I would NOT let them do tile work unless you have weeks of time to get it done, don't mind cleaning up after them, and have someone at your house all the time to accommodate them as they do not keep their appointments - Oh and you want to pay a premium. I gave them C because they are NOT dishonest - they did not steal my money they just wasted weeks of my and my wife's time, missed several appointments are difficult to contact by phone and are really just ambivalent about finishing a job. DO NOT pay them until you are 100% sure they are done. I had to stop payment on my final payment to get them to come finish my project (which was never really finished). On the positive side their Granite installers and team were solid."

"Topco removed the ceramic tops with no damage to the existing plaster walls. They finished quickly and left no mess. They templated for the new countertops including a couple of enhancements that I wanted . Despite a production glitch they installed the new laminate countertops in a timely manner. The new tops are better than I dreamed of. They are beautiful. <br /> <br />Topco's work crew are true professionals. They are excellent at what they do, courteous and very willing to go the extra mile for you. I am totally pleased. <br />"

FAQs for plumbing installation for a remodel or addition projects in Coyle, OK

Adding bathroom plumbing to a detached garage starts with the basic line installation cost of $900 to $1,300. On top of this base expense, you'll need to budget for each fixture. A toilet costs  $250 to $550, sinks cost $150 to $800, and a shower or bathtub costs $400 to $1,900. The project will also require ventilation, moisture-resistant materials, and possibly electrical work. Remember that these costs reflect only the plumbing aspects—additional construction, finishing, and permitting expenses will apply to complete a functional bathroom space.

While certain aspects of garage renovation might be suitable for DIY enthusiasts, plumbing installation requires professional expertise. Connecting to water and sewer systems demands specialized knowledge and equipment, and improper installation can result in severe water damage, code violations, and potential health hazards. Most municipalities require permits for plumbing modifications, and these often stipulate that licensed professionals must perform work. Consider limiting your involvement to simpler tasks like painting or basic finishing work.

The timeframe for adding plumbing to a detached garage spans one to three days for the actual plumbing work. However, this represents only the active installation period. The complete project timeline must account for planning, obtaining permits (which can take weeks depending on your locality), coordinating multiple contractors if needed, and addressing any unexpected challenges that arise during installation. Weather conditions can also impact excavation and outdoor connection work.

Adding plumbing to a detached garage will likely increase your property taxes. Tax assessors consider plumbing an improvement that enhances property value and functionality. The specific tax impact varies by location and project scope. Converting a garage into living space with plumbing facilities can trigger significant reassessment in many jurisdictions. Before proceeding with your project, consult your local tax assessor's office to understand the potential tax implications and factor this ongoing expense into your decision-making process.
