They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"The guys showed up on time, early on the scheduled morning. Went straight to work keeping me informed all along the way. I had to leave for a period of time while they were working & returned to them being nearly complete, earlier than expected. They encountered a few set backs with the texture of my house & them not having the correct saw blade. When they left for lunch they picked up the correct blade and returned to finish off the job. Windows looked (& still do) great and make the house look better all around. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the crew that came.
