"It was a husband and wife team great personalities went above and beyond as far as cleaning, even took down my light fixtures for me and I put them in the dishwasher. Windows were very dirty, but not when they got done with them the products they use just made your house smell wonderful. We really hit it off. We had a lot in common, and I’m sure we will be friends after this. I have recommended them to my daughter, and would recommend them to anyone that wants a good thorough job done. "They inspected my Chimmney and said $ 1000 dollars to clean the Chimmney and remove the cresote . I climbed the ladder after the work was completed and the cresote was the same as before cleaning . I asked the tech about it and he said it will burn off after this winter as you burn your wood . That did not happen . Upon Inspection this march 2026 it is exactly the same as before . I called Shammrock and they said for another $800 dollars they would come back . I am not getting them to ever do anything for me and will tell everyone about my experience . I do not recommend this company and I wish I had called another company instead . Absolutely the worst experience I?ve ever had with a company . I had to give them one star or it wouldn?t let me post this review . Or I would give them a minus zero rating. "
