"It went really well. The contractor, Tom, is a really nice guy. He answered all my questions and couldn't have made it easier on me. He literally did all the work on filing an insurance claim. He got me my roof plus extras. Every time I called or text he would answer right away. If I had an issue it was handled immediately. They said they would do my roof in 2 weeks and not even a week later it was torn off and out on in ONE day. All the workers that showed up at my house were all very nice and professional. "Great!  Every time it rains, we can tell that the new roof and repaired gutters are doing their job keeping us dry and moving water away from our house. The weather was a little dicey during this project, which messed with the schedule, but Second City did a great job keeping us posted on their schedule, and everything was completed in a timely matter. They did an excellent job cleaning up when they finished the job (in fact, our yard probably looked better after they left than before they started). The skylight has been a great addition to our house, completely transforming our upstairs landing.
