I heard about JSP through the list serve at my place of employment and since the review was very positive I added them to my list. Your installation won't wind up being $1,000 more because of X, Y & Z - when they give you an estimate - that's the estimate. 2) They are THOROUGH. Not only did the technician take time to ask my my needs, my family's lifestyle and walk through and around the outside of my home - he thought about aesthetics as well. 3) The estimate is provided on the spot, hand-written, and explained in detail in case there are any questions. You don't have to chase them down to get the estimate or ask your last minute questions. 4) They are meticulous. Before beginning work they send out someone to do a walk-through to make sure every i is dotted and t is crossed BEFORE work begins. 5) Staff. THIS is where I cannot say enough.
