"Cost quoted is for labor only. We purchased stairs and door and Jeff did the installations. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Jeff showed how to change out screen door with storm door. Cleaned up area on completion. Additional work experiences: 8/8/13. $205.00. Installed new toilet 11/21/13. $60.00. Repaired lamp which was previously non-functional 5/28/14. $154.00. Faucet installation 2/8/16. Invoice not submitted yet for new toilet installation Have used LDR several times and would not hesitate to use again. Easy email scheduling and communication with Terri in office. They make every attempt to be accommodating - for the 8/13 toilet install, Jeff and his son came in the evening after a full day's work on another job. I had a family party scheduled for the following day and would have had to tell an elderly relative that the only bathroom available was on the 2nd floor - she would be unable to manage the stairs and would not have come. Related this to Jeff and they made the time. <br />"

"Victor was a true professional. he takes a lot of pride regarding the final product and walked me through his process and how he planmed.to clean the entire vent network.. in addition to driving an hour to perform the service, Victor showed up promptly at 9 am and spent several hours cleaning the system with high end specialized equipment. he was very personable and a pleasure to have preforming the service. Victor and his team were very clean and placed tarps throughout the house leaving the house just as he found it. Given the short cuts and ease with which a larger company could rush and skip over difficult areas it was very comforting to see Victor's focus on thoroughly cleaning the system and his insistence that it was very important to keep a clean system for the health and well being of the homeowners."

"I spoke with a few companies about installing a radon remediation system in my basement as part of a house sale contingency. I was looking for a firm I could trust to do a good job (with good references), at a fair price, and guarantee their work in the contract. Part of my trust factor was a site visit to verify conditions and discuss options before the quote. Maybe my bar was set high, but Lance Dorfi proved that he could meet all criteria. First, there was a quick call back from Chris, and a follow-up from Lance to schedule the site visit. Lance proved his knowledge and explained the process and quote clearly. He's a great communicator. He said what he would do, when he would do it, and then did what he said. What else can you ask for? Despite some initial difficulties (rock under parts of slab), Lance did a great job with the installation. It was clean, installed with care to be out of the way as much as possible, and he even installed an exterior pipe that matched our gutter down spouts. Overall, I'm quite pleased. Lance Dorfi is someone you can trust and I highly recommend his company."

"All good. Curt's estimate was reasonable, although he warned that we might have to wait a bit as he was busy. But all we wanted was drywall hung quickly with little finish work, and he made time during off-hours and a weekend day. He recommended against our plan (using ply) since it was an unsafe solution (no thermal barrier) and would violate code (we didn't care, but good to know and we felt a bit safer doing it that way). Curt is a pleasant, knowledgable guy, and did good work; we have no complaints and will be happy to hire him again. And we made the deadline."

"So far so good, but no work has been done yet.  In reality they are like many other vendors.  You give them your budget and your wish list; they come back with a couple of proposals the first of which is way out of your price range but you don't know that until you get all excited about what you are going to get.  That is irritating because that is a waste of my time but once we reiterated our budget we got back down to reality.  I'll come back and write another review once the work is completed. <br />"
