"Our experience with Xterior Solutions went very well. We inquired about getting a roof replacement and they quickly contacted us and scheduled an initial visit. The rep provided an overview of what would be done, explained the materials that would be used and provided an estimate of what the work would cost. We then took a few weeks to explore the different roofing colors to determine which one we'd like best on our house. We visited their small showroom to view samples, borrowed samples to take back to our house and even drove by a few homes that had prior work by Xterior Solutions to see the shingles. After deciding to move forward with the project, the provided a tentative start date and later contacted us a few days before the start date to confirm and provide some information on what to expect while the work was in progress. The crew showed up as expected on the start date and was able to strip and replace our entire roof in one day. The were able to protect a flower garden near the house by draping tarps over the plantings. After the roof was installed, the yard was clean up very well and the roof looks great! Xterior Solutions completed the work as promised, and were very easy to work with at each step in the process."

Candi had the detailed quote available in just two days. The painting crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly for the next 9 days to finish the prep and painting work. Jose, Sammy, Max and Richie were very polite and very willing to discuss the status of the work. They worked very cleanly during the prepping and painting. They put down plastic tarps to collect all the scrapings and cleaned up the yard each evening before going home. At the end of the job, Richie and I had a walk-around the house to make sure I was happy with the job. The paint used for the job was high quality and included in the cost. "Mr. Andriani visited my property and spent a fair amount of time determining what work needed to be done. He then provided what I considered a be a fair price to perform the tree service required. On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals.
