They also used pictures to show me other areas of my roof that were deteriorating, although not currently leaking. I was given a fair price to fix the leak and each of the other recommended repairs. Upon completion of the work, I was sent another set of pictures showing the problem areas before, after, and some during repairs. I cannot see the second story roof up close, but thanks to the many detailed pics, I feel confident in the service provided."
