"Mr. Martinez did a good job on the flagstone. It was hard work and worth the $100.  He did place some of the flagstones right side down. I was disappointed in the yard work, specifically removal of the leaves.  We do our own lawn but thought it best to have a professional perform the first cut and remove the leaves from our numerous trees.  Mr. Martinez asked if this would be a one time or recurring job.  I explained one time,so I knew his price would be higher (he quoted $80), but thought it would be worth having him do the back-breaking work of leaf removal.  He used a leaf blower and unfortunately would clean one flower bed only to blow leaves back when he cleaned another bed.  In the backyard he did not remove any leaves but only blew them toward the back of the beds piling up under the srubs.  Today I went out and cleaned part of the beds in the backyard and have filled 5 bags and have only worked about 2/3 of the beds. If a yard has a few beds, I'm sure he can do a fair job.  He cuts too many corners in a yard with numerous beds. <br />"

"I bought a big deal for light installation for $129 for a chandelier. Also a big deal for 2 hours of labor for $149 (not counting the chandelier) When Ryan came out he couldn't install the chandelier because he didn't have the ladder on his truck said was just looking at the job? He looked at front porch then said I needed 3 GFCI outlets and a one on the breaker was at $79 each(a little high). They had Fred come back to to the job. He installed the chandelier and did a good job. He was trying to find out why the porch outlets weren't working and after over an hour couldn't quite find out. He finally left and I called the office and Morgan scheduled Chris to come out. Chris came out and he figured it out as it was one of the bathroom outlets that had caused the problem. So he repaired the bathroom outlet and the porch one. Was very happy he figured it out."

"I like that they arrived by scheduled time. They didn't charge me more when he realized I had 4 speakers vs 2 for him to hang for my surround sound. Even made a suggestion that would allow a better appearance and my husband was able to mount corner shelf as suggested. Work done looks near and no holes were placed in my walls. <br />My back porch gazebo now illuminates the back yard since we installed the LED lighting. It looks amazing. The owner was very nice, informative and reasonably priced. They left no mess to clean up, and spent almost two hours installing and talking with us on what we can use that is more cost and energy efficient with the same, if not better quality of high definition and more upgrades features. We are definitely using Texas Light & Sound again for future upgrades and/or installation."
