"Flavio is one of the best carpenters ive met in over 30 years....He has done multiple projects for me and i have many going on...from crown molding on kitchen cabs to adding new windows, to new decks, repairing window sils and even siding a cinderblock building with vinyl siding.... I have built 2 homes and refurbished one home and have worked with numerous contractors...and i can tell you first hand that Flavio is one of the Best..He gives creative advice..hes very reliable...he works as if it his own project...and never skips or takes any shortcuts...cuz i literally stand thete the whole time... It's just Amazing to watch him work for i am always so nervous but as soon as he moves you can see he has his #*@% together....and you feel confident and overjoyed that this man is the real deal and your job is getting done right!.....You can see immediately that he has the knowledge and experience...and can fix Anything! "Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. R&R Roofing will be our FIRST and ONLY call for all our house repairs and/or replacements from now on. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. Prompt, efficient and professional. "The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

"I own some rental property that I don't live in and I contacted Rich to come out because the roof on a small addition was leaking. He came out pretty quickly, I did not have to be present which is always nice because it's difficult for me to get out there during the week. The day after Rich came out I had the quote for the roof replacement in my email. The cost was on the lower side of three quotes I had for the job. I contacted Rich to tell him I liked the proposal and to schedule the job, they came out a week and a half later and replaced the roof. It looks good and no longer leaks! One of the reason's I was so impressed with this company is that when I received the proposal to repair the roof it noted that some of the plywood was rotted and may need to be replaced,it gave a price to have all the roof decking done. When the crew was at the property they did find that several of the plywood sheets needed to be replaced. The crew took the time to photograph the rotted wood so that I knew and could see they were damage and they weren't trying to inflate the price. That kind of attention to detail is why I recommend this company and will use them again."
