"The windows were ordered in July with the expectations that it would be 6-8 weeks delivery. (that was ok, since we were trying to do all renovation work on the new home before we would move in)  The actual move-in was predicated on the assertion that the entire window/door delivery would arrive as expected. Unfortunately , they were 7-10days later than predicted.  When they did arrive,  the  installation was scheduled for the following week.  With the anticipated installation to take 3-4 days, they proceeded to install the windows that had been delivered.  After a few road blocks (which were amicably remedied) the installation was partially complete in a week.  The complete installation of ordered windows and doors was delayed due to the patio doors not arriving at the same time.as the windows.  Said doors arrived the following week. At this date, September 29, we are still awaiting the promised locks for the patio doors.  As of November 2014 the locks have been installed on patio doors.  They work okay, that is they will lock from the inside, but i cannot lock them from the outside, as there is not enough maneuvering space for the key and a hand. Therefore, I have to make sure that they are locked and exit out another door.  As of this day in January 2015, (temps below zero), there is ice inside the windows.  I will be contacting them in this regard, as i don't believe that that should be the case. <br /> (as far as using the provider in the future, the "yes" is conditional, depending how the condensation issue is dealt with) <br />"

"I initially Danny was very friendly and professional. I hired him to repair plaster damage on ceiling, then a few weeks later, repair damaged plaster walls. He completed the work and I primed all areas only to discover 100s and 100s of tiny air bubbles everywhere. He had stated that all areas would be ready to paint within 1-2 days. I read on line some articles about how air bubbles occur and one stated that if sanded prior to completely dry, some of the dust settles back into the surface, creating bubbles. I called him and told him of the air bubbles everywhere. He came back, on 2 consecutive days to skim more "mud" over all of the areas of bubbles on the ceiling and walls. The next day he was here for only about 40-45 minutes to re-sand all areas (4 walls and ceiling). I called him a few days later with a question about the ceiling and he was short and defensive in his response. I then spent about 40 hours total repainting the ceiling (required 5 coats...2 coats of primer, 3 of ceiling paint) and the walls had 2 coats of primer and 2 top coats of quality paint that had primer in it...A few weeks later, in an area that had extensive plaster damage, I noticed the paint was VERY rough, bubbled and poorly sanded. I texted Danny several pictures (see attached photos below) and asked if he would call me, to discuss and/or make recommendations. No response from Danny. I sent him the photos again and again and asked him to contact me. I told him that I thought it was rude and unprofessional to not respond. Again, no response. Overall, I would say his work was "Fair" but due to his lack of response, I would now rate his services as POOR. He initially was pleasant and nice, but when recurrent problems occurred, he was no longer responsive, nor professional. He took the money and ran. Very disappointing! Would not recommend him and I will not be using him again."
