"They sent one worker. It took less than an hour. The same gentleman that does are seasonal service heard that something had broken, he changed his schedule to come and fix it. They keep a record of our equipment, our equipment is old they don't try to get us to buy newer equipment. They actually told me to become a member of Angie's List because they only offer specials through Angie's List. They left the area completely clean. I had a very positive first impression"
