"This is the second time we have hired Ultimate Fence for our fencing needs. The first time was about a year ago after we bought our first home and the fence was in need of repair/replacement. They did such a great job that when another part of the fence got damaged we called on Wes and his crew again for help. He came out quickly and gave us a couple options within our budget. His staff is great. Janice is a great office manager. She is always polite and responsive and communicates with you to make sure everything runs smoothly. His crew is also polite, courteous and hard working. They had the 1st job done super quick. The second job was also done swiftly. The only holdup to having the jobs done sooner was the rain. But Janice is great at scheduling the jobs and lets you know if there is a weather delay. We will definitely call upon ultimate fence again for any of our future needs and recommend them to our friends. <br />"

"From the initial call to schedule an appointment with Shea, to meeting Doug the consultant for the appointment, to talking with Chris about scheduling the work every e was professional and reassuring. My job was scheduled for two weeks, but due to rain and other jobs not being completed it was delayed getting started. I am so glad that I waited. When the crew arrived they walked through the job with me and verified the details they had on the work order. Overall craftsmanship and quality is great. Would recommend to any one for a great fence."

"Overall experience was fabulous. They are wonderful to work with. The guy who came out pointed out for the best lumber and if not, then he looked for really good lumbers. I have used them before for chain-link fence. They took it down, and put in 6 feet because I have dogs. They did a beautiful work. They are so nice and easy to work with. At one point, I changed my mind about something, and they were fine with it. They came back when they said they were going to. They cleaned up beautifully. They are really nice people. They do a quality work. The owner's father built the first chain link for me, and now the son has the business. His name is David Louis. If they are coming at a certain time, they are here. I would highly recommend them to anybody. The price is less than I thought. They keep in touch with me. I made few changes when my neighbor didn't like something that was going on, and wanted me to change it; I did it. They went right along with it, no problem."

"Kevin did an outstanding job, that is, once he had the opportunity to do it. He got it pressure washed fairly quickly and then it began to rain most every day as it does here in the Florida panhandle during the summer. Undeterred, Kevin made multiple trips to the house, working on the pergola as the weather would allow. Kevin is very persistent and a perfectionist in his work so he stayed at it over several days and visits and put the final coating on the pergola today! It looks great and was worth the wait! He was concerned about the time it took but I told him I would rather wait and have it done really well than rush and get a poor job. He hung with it and I will definitely be hiring him in the future for fence and deck work around the house. This is the second job he has done for us, both with outstanding results."

"Overall well, but disappointed in the last day when final payment due. There was a fairly minor thing that was damaged during roof replacement. Mr Ryan Vess did not disagree that they had damaged it. I was told there due it all man was very busy at the time but he would get to it in the next 2 weeks. Ryan shook my hand & guaranteed it would be completed very soon & I turned over the final payment on 10/28/16. After 3 calls made to Ryan over the next 2 months with each time his stating he couldn't believe that it wasn't done yet. I decided that I had relearned a valuable lesson, never make final payment till the job is completed completely. Even when your dealing with otherwise reliable vendors & you even know the owner Mr Bowers personally. The other comment about Art Construction is the work crew was from south of the border, which I had no problem with. The problem was when I had a question or comment, I could not relay it due to language. The actual work crew I will give & A+ to. A Mr TJ Prime was supposed to be the go between myself & the crew. He was never there, I did call him with a concern he came over stood & listened to me for a few minutes between taking phone calls. Advised he would handle it, then left with out speaking to crew. Not impressed with Mr Prime. I would strongly suggest to Art Construction that they have someone at the work site that the owner can speak to on a regular basis when were spending that kind of money! Over all I give Mr Ryan an A, he just needs to follow trough on the final details to the end. I give the actual working crew an A+ they were prompt & hard working."

"I went with them because they were the lowest of 3 quotes. The salesman was pretty good; however, I was dissatisfied with the installers. They smoked while working on my property, which is incredibly unprofessional. They buried the fence so deep that many of the bottoms of the pickets are in the dirt or grass. It is very difficult to mow near the fence! Since they are the fence "experts", I feel they should have placed the fence at the appropriate height, for several reasons. They also installed the fence inches to centimeters from several tree branches which will grow. I already had to cut one tree down and several branches back. To me, this shows a lack of anticipating things that likely occur on a regular basis for them. Again, they should be prepared for these things if this is what they do for a living. They also initially installed posts that could not withstand the weight of my 12 foot gate and placed them unlevel from one another. I noticed this myself and question it. Had I not done so they would have just left their sloppy work. Lastly, the aluminum is so thin/flexible that my dog was able to force his body through until just recently, now that he is over 55 pounds."
