"Liberty Roofing checked off the boxes. I had a 15 year old, leaky metal roof, which I thought would have be replaced. As this work was being paid for out of pocket, cost was a major concern. Several companies provided quotes for the replacement as I requested. Liberty was the only company that suggested alternative. In the end, they were able replace faulty fasteners, seal up the seams and caulk some problem areas at 1/8th the cost of a full replacement. They even added additional rows of screws as need to bring the fasteners up to current standards. This reconditioning job should give another 15 to 25 years out of the existing metal roof.
