"House was properly resupported and while digging for supports Gino noticed a larger water problem then originally thought. Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.

They installed new windows and as per our agreement, we are finishing the inside work. The work is top class and his workers were professional and worked from early until late each day. Very happy with work. Would highly recommend this builder. He took care of the plans and the building permit."
