"Brian came right away to give us an estimate. After looking at the jobs, he told us he thought the deck would rot again in a few years due to it's damp location. He recommended we consider pavers instead and recommended a company he knows and has worked with. He did email us an estimate for both projects. I contacted the other company about pavers & we decided to do that in place of the decking. I was very impressed that Brian was honest with us and didn't just rebuild the deck, knowing that it would not last. As for the ramp, he and his crew arrived on the day we expected and did a great job of removing the old ramp and building the new one, cleaning up afterwards. We even asked at the last minute for a rail on the edge and they didn't hesitate to add it. Cost was very reasonable. We would definitely use Two Guys again and recommend them highly."

"Approximately 5 years ago Art Construction of NW FL LLc reroofed our house and claimed it was done properly, it was not what they did according to roof inspector is lay down tack and shingles over rotten wood passing it off as redone which is a lie!!!! "Instant Regret. When a guy who's "been in business over 25 years" shakes your hand and says, "I guarantee my work" to a disabled vet on a fixed income, you'd like to believe them. DON'T! You'll never get them back out to even look at it let alone fix it. I started trying to get service within a week of installation and now it has been over a year of being ghosted. I sent one more request last week and... NOTHING. I spent almost $7k and within a week the boards warped badly. They left huge and inconsistent gaps in the boards so I no longer have privacy from my neighbors. 2 photos are from installation and 2 are from a year later. Do not use Chris or his company unless you want the aggravation every time you go into your yard.."
