Justin and his company aim to take care of people and to do the right thing I will be needing a new system next year and this company is my only choice! You would be wise to look no further and use Justin Touchstone! Character/honesty to me is greater than money it's hard to put a value on that!"

"AdvantaClean was hired to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at our home. We had done several renovations since buying the home and needed the ducts cleaned from sheetrock and concrete dust. The team did an excellent. job. They were professional, courteous, responsible and thoughtful. They protected the environment and cleaned up afterwards. They sent us pictures of the before and after so we could see exactly what was done. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the process in a timely fashion. "We have used Emerald Air at least 3 times for our heating and A/C work. The last job they did was for duct repair because our ductwork had leaks and was pulling in dust from the attic. We contacted them and they sent someone out the same day to check the problem and give us an estimate. When someone comes out to give an estimate, they take time to analyze the problem and give an explanation of what we need and how the repair or installation will be performed. They contacted us with an estimate within 2 days and we scheduled the work. The day before the appointment they called to confirm the time they would arrive. The day of the appointment they called to let me know the technician was running EARLY and checked to see if that was ok. When the technician arrived he was very polite and was in and out within an hour. When he finished he told me what ducts he repaired and that he inspected the rest of them for leaks to make sure there were no additional problems. <br /> <br /> Their office staff is extremely helpful and always calls when the technician is on the way. Their techs are very friendly and fast. They respond to calls 24 hours per day and don't price gouge on after hours calls. <br /> <br /> We have used Emerald Air for a $3500 gas furnace replacement, A/C and heating annual inspections, duct repair, and UV filter installation. In every instance, they have exceeded our expectations for responsiveness and customer service. I have used several local HVAC companies during the 18 years we have lived in this house.
