"the biggest problem was the customer service rep who sold us a contract for fence repair. after 3 months and no work was done or no feedback from rep. we call main office and explain problem. the office had to order the lumber needed. within 4 days project was done. once work started it went well. the fence looks good. the customer rep we had was useless and was no help. he should find another job. bad experience with the customer rep."

"Americana did excellent job installing our fence. Our sales representative was Mike Joudeh and he was very honest and caring. The girls in the office were amazing as well as our installation team. From beginning to ending everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Americana to anybody who needs a fence . Great job."

"It took them a long time, but they did a good job at a reasonable cost. They were finishing it up during the winter time, so the weather was a problem for them. I am pleased with them. I felt they were professional and honest."

"From the office staff to the owner to the installation technicians, this was a very pleasant experience!  Rob gave us a quote, took care of the permits and had his technicians build the fence in less time than he quoted!  Some of my landscaping was outside of my property line and Rob arrived to help remove it swiftly and professionally.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
Thanks everyone!

"8-8-18 I am a senior citizen and had a section of wood fencing that detached itself from the posts it was connected to. Because of rotator cuff problems with my shoulder, I am unable to raise the section up to re-attach it to the posts. I went on Homeadvisor.com to get some estimates for the job. The fencing companies I contacted were all nice and told me it would not be worth it for me to hire them to nail a section of fence back as they have minimum charges which would be comparatively high just to nail a single section of fence back to the posts. When I called Northwest Fence, I prefaced my conversation with “This job might be too small for you” and then explained my job to them. To my surprise, Robert said he would come by my home in 30 minutes and re-attach the section of fence for me. Not only did he re-attach the fallen section to my posts, he only charged me $25. I was astonished at this low cost for the job as I know he would have to pay Homeadvisor.com for giving him my name as a lead. Robert did a great job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a fence repaired or installed. I thanked him for his willingness take such a small job and he said he took the job because I needed the assistance. The world needs more people like him."
