"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. The entire crew was very conscientious and they absolutely pay attention to detail. I was impressed that the foreman showed up before 7:00 am and introduced himself. The second foreman showed up a few minutes later and did the same. All the guys were friendly and professional and they absolutely knew what they were doing. "January 22, 2020 Wow! Got a new roof & gutters plus my garage door repaired all for free, thanks to Jeremy, the owner of Top A1 Contracting! Never even thought I needed a new roof nor could I afford one. Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. "Steve and his crew really do a great job. I had issues with the roofing above my sunroom. Steve came out after I had him do some other work in my house. Namely replacing LVP in that same sunroom, and install a metal shed and rollup door on my shed. The work was top notch. The roof will need more attention at a later date, no fault to Steve Burgess or his crew, just poor workmanship from a different installer years earlier. If you want a contractor that promises what they say they will do then use Elite Burgess Construction."
