"We had a security issue with our door late at night. Daniel was quick to respond that night and the next day. He was able to fix the door while on sight and then addressed additional issues with the storm door and gutter drains within a few days and at a reasonable price. He is professional, efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommend him for any job you need done around the home."

"Jim fixed the track that was installed on the closet door backwards causing the 2 doors to rub together. Finally the doors open & close smoothly!"

"Immediate response to request for help. Came out right away. Very professional and friendly people. Did a great job, worked neatly, were courteous and were so easy to work with. Such a positive experience, that it made us almost glad to have the broken window!!"

"The experience from beginning to end was great. The tile in both bathrooms looks great and the cost was very fair. Delco was flexible working with my schedule and provided frequent and unprompted updates and the work was completed on the timing estimated and very close to the $$ estimate as well. There was minimal clean up on my end after the install which I appreciated as well."

"Evan was super to work with! I've had him working on multiple projects, from detailed new trim work to match in a 100+ year old house (that he blend perfectly I might add) to appliance work installing a boiler radiator, to fixing my garage bay doors, to laying tin on my addition roof, he has helped me a bunch and I'll hire him again in the future. Solid work, honest worker, really knows his industry!"

"Great. Phone calls/texts returned promptly, arrived on time, work completed as per agreement, professional workmanship, friendly and courteous, very reasonable price. Will contract again if needed. Highly recommended."

"I paid for service including estimated amount of paint needed in advance to take advantage of a zero interest offer on my credit card. I was told at the time he had 2 houses in front of mine and would be working on mine within a few weeks. A few weeks go by and i hear nothing so i reach out to him asking for a schedule for the painting. No answers and after several attempts no response. I was ready to cancel the work but had already paid. I called my credit card agency and they suggested a send my request in writing. I then wrote angies list identifying my issue. That was helpful in that they were able to contact the painter and then he would promply call me. He finally finished the painting yesterday afternoon and was preparing to leave as i pulled in from work. I quickly surveyed the job and found two areas i was not satisfied with. He made excuses that it was due to my house something or other...bush in the way...weak wood and brushed it off. Had he offered to work on the spots to my satisfaction i would likely rate him higher but he was in a big hurry to leave. Not at all what i expected."

"Clarence and Ron were very professional, worked very hard. They completed the job and cleaned everything up and it looked great. Will definitely hire them again."
