They had to move some items in the garage to get to the door, and put everything back just as it was. They cleaned up everything when finished. "The problem areas centered around our outdoor wooden deck and our family room addition.   Perfection came, did a site visit and then scheduled the work in a timely manner.   During the site visit, they helpfully noticed a wet area in our basement close to our laundry area.   This was particularly significant, because in exploring the wet area, we discovered that our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink had been leaking.  This investigation led to the repair of the cooper drainage pipe from the 1st floor kitchen.   Further damage was limited due to the attentiveness of the Perfection Pest Control team.   <br /> On the day of the 1st application of ant bait, they arrived on time, took care in protecting our floors, and explained what they were seeing and what they were going to do about it.   They also took into account our children, which was one of our utmost questions about how the treatment may effect them.   <br /> They came back within the set amount of time for a 2nd application, and we believe their work was of high quality and helped to eradicate our carpenter ant problem. <br />"
