"A job well-done, at a fair price. Crew arrived on time and completed work as planned. Cleanup was performed satisfactorily. New gutters completely solved my problems with the prior gutters that leaked and overflowed, even when cleared of debris. The new gutters have been problem free, even in heavy rains. We are pleased with the company and their product. We own a townhouse, which was a very simple job. Mid-Atlantic did a good job at a reasonable price. Some other companies quoted a higher price, or provided inferior products. We are pleased that we chose Mid-Atlantic, and recommend them."

I had heard that they can be hard to book since the are so in demand. I waited about 3 weeks for the job to get done, which was a little less than the time they told me before I signed the contract. The team was very professional and worked extremely hard to finish my rather large, multi-leveled roof in a day. They installed a "chimney" to replace the ungly old metal one. It has a brick facade and greatly exceeded my expectations. On other thing stood out. I had a loose piece of siding that was starting to flap in the wind and, without saying a word before or afterwards, Mike fixed it for me. "A roof leak was discovered in August, made several calls to roofers only to be told they either were only doing repairs for existing customers or not at all, finally found Welsh through friends. Welsh came out the next day to assess the leak and recommended a stop gap repair until the roof could be replaced. The repair was done quickly. There were no signs of it leaking after the repair. The roof was replaced by Welsh as soon as they had an opening 2 months later. We got several other estimates that were much higher for the exact same shingles and scheduling further out. The work was all done in one day, we had a Certainteed shingle system installed. It looks good and we no longer hear the rain on the roof and there are no signs of leaking. Not being roof experts, we can't know for sure about the quality but there are lots of warranties from both Welsh and Certainteed. Overall, it was a good experience. The company is very busy and having some office support would help with communication."

"I called the Dynamic Roofing on a Saturday expecting to leave a message then be contacted the next week. Instead Eric returned my call the same day and set up an appointment for Monday. At that meeting he did a thorough examination of our almost 30 year old roof then explained what needed to be done and what our options were. We had been having trouble with the gutters backing up due to leaf build up as well as dents so we decided to get them replaced at the same time. Eric explained that the cost might be slightly more if they discovered any of the underlying plywood had to be replaced once they ripped up the old roof and quoted us a per sheet cost. Our installation day was about two weeks after our original appointment. The roof itself took one day then a crew returned the next day to do the gutters. Everything was hauled away and I saw no trace of any debris. It turned out we only needed one or two sheets of plywood replaced. The roof looks great."
