"initially, Mr. Ali was very responsive and provided a quote over the phone. I needed to repair a pitch issue for my walkway. He gave me a good price and was working with him to schedule a good date. After setting the date, I was informed that our streets were being paved and there would be no access. Called Mr. Ali right away and he suggested I call back when the streets were done. When I called last week, He stated he was busy and would call back. When I did not hear back, I again called Mr. Ali 3 days later. Again reminded him of our conversation and he asked if he could call me back in 15 minutes, as he was eating lunch. Well, that was several days ago and I am extremely disappointed. In our last conversation, I even mentioned other work that I was looking to do, but I guess my business is not important to you or your company. There are plenty of companies that want my business and I cannot recommend this company"

A few days later he and his crew came back to remove the badly worn chimney bricks and concrete crown and completely rebuild them. He had ordered and installed that day a custom cap. The crew was efficient and polite both days. Steve really helped me understand our own particular heating system and what to do going forward to keep it safe and efficient. Truly, kudos to Steve."
