I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. "Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."

"Well we didn't got the visualization of the kitchen project, but it was out of our reach. We decided to not go with them for not. WE haven't made any decisions for now. We put it off. I think whatever he did was a wonderful experience. Just a little more than we expected. It was great suggestions, but we are little older, and decided not to spend that much in our kitchen. He was wonderful. I can't say anything. It was our choice. It was a financial choice. Nothing against him. He did a good job. He did what he promised to do for us. We told him we are putting everything on hold until May to see what happens. The experience was great. Nothing that I was disappointed with him on. He made nice suggestions, but it was a little out of reach. We maybe get together with him We will still discuss it, and might do a little less. We haven't made up our minds yet. Still hard to tell at this moment. We have to think about it. He was here on time, and kept his promises."

"We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks."
