I received a few other quotes first but went with Mike because he truly seemed like the only honest person I spoke to and he didn’t cut any corners. I know the wall is going to hold up. "Fredy's group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy's contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody."

"Miguel Amaya is not only an honest, fair and hard working person but he has integrity that is truly rare (and uplifting) in this day and age. I live in Westfield, NJ and had him redo my front walkway. Miguel went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with the finished product. He was forced to return because I was sold defective SEK Polysweep product by an unscrupulous vendor. Mr. Amaya redid the work by replacing the SEK product with the much better Gator Maxx polymeric sand. if you need hardscaping work done, hire Miguel Amaya, a decent, hard working, honest professional. STAY AWAY from Empire Building Supplies (see my review on them) and SEK Polysweep -- the product is garbage and the people who make/sell it know nothing about being good people who TRUTHFULLY care about fairness and/or their customer. Mr. Amaya would not accept my paying him a second time although he was forced do the job twice through no fault of his own. It was so unjust ** and yet so telling of the type of decent human being that Miguel Amaya is. Unlike the others I dealt with (at Empire and SEK), he was more interested in doing the right thing by me than he was about money. How rare. I was lucky to find such a good person and worker. I highly recommend him."
