"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "Our house was built in 1941. We not only felt we needed to do waterproofing but needed a radon extracting system, sump pump, dehumidifier, wall paneling and new windows with window wells. The project worked like clock work with members of the American Waterworks team. Only have 3 windows and small section of paneling to finish. Paneling can't be finished until new water line is installed. All will be completed when windows arrive. In 1 yr. American Waterworks will come back to check all is working well. Extensive project that wasn't cheap. We felt we got our money's worth!"

"Jack was here on time for estimate, explained everything in depth, and provided a lot of useful information. The workers were very polite. They were late the 2nd day but called. The clean up was pretty good. Some baseboards were left off but Jack said he could send someone to clean up better. When I was cleaning noticed some holes and marks in my walls, where a pipes or tools must have hit them, that will need some drywall repair and a lot of paint touching up."
